1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jli18 website located at jli18.club, creating an account, or using any service provided by jli18 (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use any part of the jli18 Platform. If you are accessing jli18 on behalf of an organisation or third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

jli18 implements a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all accounts. Upon registration and before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a UMID card, passport, driver's licence, PhilHealth ID, or voter's ID), a selfie holding the said document, and proof of your registered payment method. jli18 may suspend or permanently close any account where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Any person found to have provided false or misleading information during the registration or verification process will have their account immediately terminated. Any funds in the account at the time of termination may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if fraudulent activity is confirmed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the jli18 Platform, you must register for a user account. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. jli18 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify jli18 support immediately via the Live Chat function.

jli18 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, match fixing, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jli18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions on the jli18 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jli18 does not accept cryptocurrency or any form of digital asset as payment.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via e-wallets such as GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jli18 account within minutes. jli18 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You must only use a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers to BDO, BPI, or Metrobank. Withdrawal amounts must match the name on your verified jli18 account. jli18 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts exceeding account history norms.

Wagering Requirements: Funds received as bonuses or promotional credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. These requirements are specified in the relevant bonus terms and conditions at the time of issuance. Free balance derived from your own deposits is not subject to bonus wagering requirements unless specifically noted.

jli18 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any account suspected of using the Platform to launder funds or process payments on behalf of third parties will be immediately suspended and reported to appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jli18 offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically overridden by the terms of a particular promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible, verified jli18 accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are not eligible for bonus payouts.
• Each promotion is available to each eligible player once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus ("bonus abuse") is a violation of these Terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jli18 Platform — including live casino games, slot machine games, bingo, Monster Dice, and sports betting markets — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and operated in accordance with certified game rules. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules for each title are available within the game interface.

Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers in certified studio environments. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical game actions (actual cards, dice, or roulette wheels) and are not generated by software algorithms. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jli18 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one jli18 account, whether under your own name, a fictitious name, or any third party's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with jli18 sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jli18 account.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical systems underlying the jli18 Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing behaviour toward jli18 staff or other players via the Platform's chat or support functions.

8. Responsible Gaming

jli18 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli18's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your jli18 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jli18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

jli18 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unscheduled technical interruptions may occur. jli18 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data

jli18 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by you in connection with your jli18 account in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for and using a jli18 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jli18 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no online system is completely secure, and jli18 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jli18 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
